Failure Is Also Wonderful
失败同样不失精彩
I like succeeding - but failing is also wonderful. This may sound crazy, but give me several paragraphs to explain myself.
我喜欢成功-但是失败也是美妙的。这听起来像是傻话，但是请让我用几段话来解释。
In our life many often say that the failure to be successful is their greatest fear - that if they are not successful in business then they will not be a successful person. And so, this fear keeps many persons from trying or it stops them from continuing after a failure or mistake. This is horrible!
在我们的生活中，许多人时常说不能成功是他们的最大担忧--说什么如果生意做不成功，他们就成不了成功人士。为此，这种担忧使许多人不努力，或者在一次失败或失误之后就放弃了。这太可怕了！
Success is wonderful, nobody can deny this. However, failure can also be desirable. It’s only a matter of perception.
成功妙不可言，没有人会否认。可是，失败也可取。这只是一个感觉的问题。
Failure gives us the opportunity to reevaluate how we do something and how we think about something; it gives us the chance to try the same thing again but in a new way. Besides, wouldn’t life be extremely boring if we could do everything successfully on the first try? So remember the only ultimate failure is the failure to try and try again.
失败给我们机会，重新评估我们做事和思考的方式；它给我们机会以不同的方法再去做同样的事情。此外，如果我们做什么都一次就成功，那生活不就太单调了吗？所以，请记住，唯一最终的失败就是不再努力。
But there is another side to success, too. So often we think material success or surface success as being equal with happiness- that if you are rich and famous or have a successful job then you are happy. This, though, is not always true. Many millionaires are still unhappy and so they consider themselves unsuccessful. But why? Are success and happiness really related?
但是成功也一样有另一面。我们经常认为，物质的成功或表面的成功等于幸福一也就是说，如果你发财了，出名了，或者你有了成功的工作，那么你就幸福了。然而，这并不总是对的。许多百万富翁还是不愉快，所以他们认为自己并不幸福。但是，为什么呢？成功和幸福真的互相联系吗？
Don’t be afraid of failure! Start all over again! Trying and trying to improve yourself - and there will be success!
别害怕失败！从头再来！努力，再努力，不断地提高自己--成功会到来的！
