Questions 95 through 97 refer to the following short talk.
My last point is the most serious. Several supervisors and the manager of Factory 7 have complained that worker morale is very low there. Output is not keeping up with production quotas. Even the motivation of bonuses does not seem to be working. I would like you all to investigate this matter at your own plants. Perhaps some workers know about the situation in Factory 7 and would be willing to discuss this problem with you. We need to identify and correct the problem as soon as possible, as our current project for the manufacture of steel girders is essential to the health of the entire company. Our contract calls for the completion of the structure by May of next year, or we are liable for reductions in our payments. Please help us to make all our workers content with reasonable, fair, and sensible management.
