Travel agent: This is Mark from Central Travel. You asked me to find out some information for you about flights.

Helga Langendorf: Oh, yes, thank you. Have you got it?

Travel agent: Well, I think I've got what you wanted.

Helga Langendorf: Hold on, I just need to find my diary and a piece of paper....yes, I'm ready now.

Travel agent: So, you'll be in Hong Kong for a week, and then you want to go to Tokyo for a week?

Travel agent: Japan Airlines have a flight at 16.00. Would that be better?

Helga Langendorf: Oh yes, I'm sure I could make it to the airport in time to catch that one. Could you book it for me?

Helga Langendorf: Could you book me on a flight on the 21st of June, please? I'm not so-bothered what time it is that day. Just book me on whatever's available. Can you make the bookings now?
